We are accepting nominations for PTO cabinet positions, and we need you! Help us support our amazing administrative team, teachers and incredible students.

📢 PTO CABINET NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! 📢

Nominations will be accepted from Wednesday, June 10th through the end of the day on Wednesday, June 17th.

Are you passionate about supporting our students, teachers, and school community? We are now accepting nominations for PTO Cabinet positions for the upcoming school year!

Serving on the PTO is a rewarding way to make a positive impact and help create memorable experiences for our students. We encourage all interested parents, guardians, and supporters to consider running for one of the following positions:

⭐ President
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all PTO meetings and activities
• Work closely with school administration and staff
• Coordinate PTO goals, programs, and initiatives
• Delegate tasks and support committee chairs
• Represent the PTO at school and community events

⭐ Vice President
Responsibilities:
• Assist the President with PTO operations and events
• Preside over meetings in the President's absence
• Help coordinate committees and volunteers
• Support planning and execution of PTO programs
• Assume President duties if needed

⭐ Treasurer
Responsibilities:
• Manage PTO finances and bank accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports for meetings
• Track income and expenses
• Assist with budget development and ensure financial transparency

⭐ Secretary
Responsibilities:
• Record and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain PTO records and important documents
• Manage correspondence and communications as needed
• Keep attendance records for meetings
• Assist with organizational and administrative tasks

⭐ Social Media Liaison
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update PTO social media accounts
• Promote PTO events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities
• Share important school and PTO announcements
• Highlight student, staff, and community achievements
• Help increase family engagement through positive and timely communication

Please include in your nomination email a short bio about yourself and why you would like to serve on the PTO. All nominees must be a current paid member of the PTO.
